NOTICE: Temporary Pause on Codi System and Transition to Intrepid
Following the launch of the Codi system on 31 March 2025, we have identified some issues affecting data quality and functionality. Whilst we work to resolve these, and in light of the importance of the upcoming training rotation and assessment period, we have made the decision to temporarily revert to the Intrepid system. This will help ensure that trainee placements and assessments continue smoothly and to the expected standard.
Effective Tuesday, 29 April 2025, all processes (e.g. notification of trainee placements, leave applications) will be managed via the Intrepid system and access to Codi will cease temporarily.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this time and thank you for your continued support. Should you experience any difficulties with Intrepid, please raise a new support ticket to ensure it is routed to the appropriate team for prompt assistance. Alternatively, you can contact the Codi Project Team, should you have any concerns regarding this activity.
Once the issues within Codi have been addressed, we will communicate a clear and safe transition plan back to the system. Please be assured that we will provide regular updates as progress is made and a revised timeline is established.
Please note:
If leave applications have been requested via Codi, these will not need to be re-applied for and will appear in Intrepid by Friday 02 May 2025. Colleagues are requested to check accuracy of all leave requests and approvals week commencing Monday 05 May 2025.
Colleagues are also requested to check accuracy of Intrepid information as changes made in Codi may not have been updated on the system.
HYSBYSIAD: Saib Dros Dro ar System Codi a Throsglwyddo i Intrepid
Yn dilyn lansio system Codi ar 31 Mawrth 2025, rydym wedi nodi rhai problemau sy'n effeithio ar ansawdd a swyddogaeth data. Wrth i ni weithio i ddatrys y rhain, ac yng ngoleuni pwysigrwydd y cyfnod cylchdroi hyfforddi ac asesu sydd ar ddod, rydym wedi gwneud y penderfyniad i ddychwelyd dros dro i'r system Intrepid. Bydd hyn yn helpu i sicrhau bod lleoliadau ac asesiadau hyfforddeion yn parhau ac i'r safon ddisgwyliedig.
O ddydd Mawrth, 29 Ebrill 2025 ymlaen,bydd yr holl brosesau (e.e. hysbysu lleoliadau hyfforddeion, ceisiadau am absenoldeb) yn cael eu rheoli drwy system Intrepid a bydd mynediad i Codi yn dod i ben dros dro .
Rydym yn gwerthfawrogi eich amynedd a'ch dealltwriaeth yn fawr drwy gydol yr amser hwn ac yn diolch i chi am eich cefnogaeth barhaus. Os byddwch chi'n cael unrhyw anawsterau gydag Intrepid, codwch docyn cymorth newydd i sicrhau ei fod yn cael ei gyfeirio at y tîm priodol i gael cymorth prydlon. Fel arall, gallwch gysylltu â Thîm Prosiect Codi, os oes gennych unrhyw bryderon ynghylch y gweithgaredd hwn.
Unwaith y bydd y problemau o fewn Codi wedi cael eu datrys, byddwn yn cyfathrebu cynllun trosglwyddo clir a diogel yn ôl i'r system. Byddwn yn darparu diweddariadau rheolaidd wrth i gynnydd gael ei wneud a bod amserlen ddiwygiedig yn cael ei sefydlu.

Os gofynnwyd am geisiadau am absenoldeb drwy Codi, ni fydd angen ail-ymgeisio amdanynt a byddant yn ymddangos yn Intrepid erbyn dydd Gwener 02 Mai 2025. Gofynnir i gydweithwyr wirio cywirdeb pob cais a chymeradwyaeth am absenoldeb yn yr wythnos sy'n dechrau dydd Llun 05 Mai 2025.
Gofynnir i gydweithwyr hefyd wirio cywirdeb gwybodaeth Intrepid gan nad yw newidiadau a wnaed yn Codi o bosibl wedi'u diweddaru ar y system.
